Kinetic Typography explainer video for Buckaroo's new development strategy.



The client is from a multi-channel, marketing communications/advertising agency, providing services to other B2B companies. To better promote their services, they were looking for a short promotional video to advertise their new development strategy. The target audience for the video is predominantly male CEO's/CFO's ages 35-55, company size ranging from 10M to 49M in sales.



Initially the client had wanted a whiteboard explainer video with a voiceover following a script. However I did not think that type of video felt suitable for their target audience. The main reason is that those types of videos can be fairly long and the target was someone who did not have much time to sit and watch videos, we needed something quirky, snappy and colourful to grab their attention briefly.



After raising my concerns with the client, they agreed with the points made and together, we came up with the idea of a kinetic typography video set to a catchy background track instead.



Production took place afterwards with revisions made according to client feedback. Overall the project took around a week from start to completion and the client was very pleased with the end result.
